Order Processing

3 business days to process then an additional 2-3 business days to ship (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed during promotional sales may take 5-10 days before items ship. All orders place after 6pm Eastern Time will not be processed until the next business day. Billing address must match the shipping address. Any orders placed with different shipping address than the billing will be refunded. All orders are required a signature confirmation before receiving.

*During peak month some order make take longer than normal to receive. In addition order delivery can be delayed/longer due to uncontrollable events (ie. bad address, weather, customs, change in order,etc.)

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Our preferred shipping provider is USPS. Standard shipping 7-10 Business Days from the time your package is confirmed and departs our store. Orders are not shipped until credit card authorization has been verified and cleared. Also we are not held responsible for package delay once order leaves our center (Uncontrollable events ie. Weather, Package Holds, Incorrect Addresses etc.).
